TRAINING

Specially trained and experienced Chemists and Chemical Engineers effectively meet any need. Their training is guaranteed by official training degrees, after hundreds of hours attending relevant seminars, at the official Training & Application Centers of the manufacturers we proudly represent in Greece. Their experience has been gained from the numerous installations, trainings, calibrations, etc. that have been carried out, both in Greece and abroad. The training of support personnel is important and is the largest ongoing investment of our company, compared to any other company in the industry.

CERTIFICATIONS

Our highly skilled company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 13485:2016 & Ministerial Decision 1348/04 Medical Devices). Especially for balances we operate an accredited Metrology Laboratory, according to ISO 17025:2017, also certified by a Swiss Certification House according to 2nd Stage Verification supporting the quality system of the leading manufacturer Mettler-Toledo.

SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR HIGH DEMANDING LABORATORY ENVIRONMENTS

We give primary importance to the smooth & economical operation and maintenance of our scientific instruments, so that they are in perfect working condition. We have formed a series of flexible Service Contracts, according to the needs of each laboratory-customer or we can structure any other form of Contract that meets best your requirements. 

For our customers requiring high availability and high operating efficiency, in order to make the most of their investment and one of the most important services we offer, are the Maintenance Contracts (Service-Level Agreement SLA). Maintenance contracts are for a period of one year and optionally include the cost of preventive maintenance, the cost of any repairs required, the cost of calibration and operator training. However, it is possible to customize them according to your needs and also include calibrations and certifications according to the ISO quality system you follow, method development, etc. 

The immediately recognizable advantages of maintenance contracts are the following:

Immediate Telephone support within 2 hours.

On-site support within 48 hours for Athens and Thessaloniki and within 72 hours for areas more than 200 km from the company's headquarters.

Up to 15% discount on the value of spare parts and consumables that may be required.

Up to 35% discount on the hourly charge for visits other than those covered by the Maintenance Contract.

The well-trained scientific staff of the company in combination with the wide range of spare parts that are in our stock room, ensure the fast and effective treatment of any problem that arises.

Immediate update for new software versions with the option to upgrade to the latest version at a reduced cost. The contract does not cover the cost of hardware upgrades that may be needed.

Up to 35% discount for Calibration and Certification of your systems. In case the system is under warranty, the re-accreditation of the system is provided free of charge when the initial Certification fails.

The quality system of the company ensures the existence of preventive maintenance files for the systems it supplies so that the customer is informed in time for the next preventive maintenance. Thus the system is always in optimal condition and the down-times (down-times) of the system are drastically reduced. Optional support for application issues that interest you.

The implementation of the contract presupposes that the connections, installation, operation, operation, etc. of the system are made according to the official instructions of the manufacturer and access to the instrument is made only by authorized personnel of HELLAMCO®.
