Arjan Timmerman is a market development
manager at Waters working in EMEA. Prior
to joining Waters in2014 he worked for
17 years as an Analytical Scientist,
in the Small Molecule Pharmaceutical
industry, in various Chemical and
Pharmaceutical late-stage development labs.

Since 2023 he became QA/QC market
development manager for EMEA working
in a dedicated team and focuses on
pharmaceutical workflows,AQbD, Impurities,
LC Chromatography and Compliance.

Carsten Fischer, Ph.D., joined Waters in 2004.
After years in the Empower data support group,
in business development and informatics sales,
his current role is a principal informatics market
development manager for the EMEA region.
He provides internal support for Empower
CDS Software and is focused
on enterprise informatics,
compliance and data science.
