• Detection and identification of MOSH/MOAH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons/Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons) based on Liquid Chromatography, according to the limits set by the European Food Safety Authority (<2 mg/kg MOAH).
• Separation (on an industrial scale) of MOSH/MOAH from olive oil at a rate of <1 mg/kg MOAH, reduction of MOSH concentrations, reduction of concentrations of carcinogenic compounds such as 3-MCPD and glycidyl esters.
• Identification of olive oil, authenticity, and control of volatile organoleptic properties (GC-IMS System).
• Routine checks for pesticide detection, measurement of potassium, etc.
