Dear Researcher,
Did you know that combining fast survey measurements from the LI-600 Porometer/Fluorometer
with detailed data from the LI-6800 Portable Photosynthesis System can enable you to record larger,
more informative data sets while saving time?
The LI-600 is designed for measurements of stomatal conductance and chlorophyll a fluorescence in
ambient conditions. In contrast, the LI-6800 characterizes parameters in controlled conditions, including CO2
assimilation, CO2 and light response curves, high-frequency chlorophyll a fluorescence, and many others.
When used together, the two instruments can improve the efficiency of data collection and provide more
information about sample material.
In this webinar, Jason Hupp, Sr. Field Application Scientist, highlights these complementary applications.
He summarizes two case studies that highlight the benefits of pairing the LI-600 with the LI-6800.
